Shipping & Returns

Each Humi Jewellery piece is made to order — crafted slowly, with care and intention, just for you. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how your jewellery is created, sent out into the world, and how to reach me if you need to make a return.

All Humi pieces are made to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for your jewellery to be lovingly handcrafted before it sets off on its journey to you.

UK Orders:

  • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48, depending on your selection at checkout
  • You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way

International Orders:

  • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked International Service
  • You'll receive tracking details once your piece has been dispatched
  • Delivery times can vary depending on your country and local customs processing
  • Please note: buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties

I truly hope your Humi Jewellery brings you joy — but if something doesn't feel quite right, you're welcome to return your piece within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it's unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Before returning anything, please reach out to me first for return authorisation. Returns sent without prior approval unfortunately can't be accepted. To begin the process, send me an email within the 14-day window, and I'll guide you through the steps.

Please note:

  • Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
  • Custom and personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or faulty
  • If your piece arrives damaged or something isn't quite right, please contact me within 7 days of delivery — I'll always do my best to make things right

Custom and personalised pieces — including bespoke solid gold creations — are made especially for you, with your unique story and energy in mind. Because of this, they can't be returned or exchanged once production has begun. I'll always work closely with you throughout the process to ensure everything feels just right before your piece is crafted.

For international orders, any customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in the item or shipping price.

If you choose to return an order, please note that customs and import fees are non-refundable, as they're charged by your local customs office — not by Humi Jewellery.

You're welcome to contact your local customs office to see if they offer refunds for returned goods, but this process is entirely handled by them and is outside of my control.
